Ethics and Values in Counseling With Me
As a National Board-Certified Counselor, I am guided by the NBCC Code of Ethics and ACA Code of Ethics to provide the highest quality of services. Below are some examples of personal and professional values I aim to uphold.

Our therapeutic relationship is one of the most important values
Instilling Hope
I hold space for one’s thoughts and beliefs and expose the parts I see in others that are strengths, resilience, and survival.
Exploration
I encourage deeper self-exploration in an accessible, safe way. For each person, this may look different, with sensitivity to their pace.
Empowerment
I help those to develop in a way that serves their purpose and work to have their needs met with confidence and self-reliance.
Cultural Sensitivity
I take a genuine interest in and curiosity about others’ lived experiences and worldviews and hold space to recognize a person's needs, values, and interests.
You can expect to receive high-quality support on your path to reawakening and uncovering a newfound sense of empowerment and confidence.
My hopes for our time together:
That you always feel welcomed, cared for, and heard.
That you find me worthy of your trust, despite all the hardship
and challenges of being let down.
That you feel empowered to lead the life you desire.
